Q: Do I need to pay a deposit for my ticket/table?
A: No, a deposit is not required, however full payment is due by xx Dec 2018.
Q: What if I cannot make it, but have already paid?
A: Unfortunately, all sales are made on a non-refundable basis. You are welcome to sell your ticket on, however we cannot make alterations to the menu choice after the xx Jan 2019.
Q: I am travelling from outside of Southend, can I stay local?
